Proud Central high School alumni and supporters are spearheading a capital campaign to bring a new modern athletic facility to CHS. Dedicated to education and athletics, this new facility will provide Central students with better opportunities in the classroom and on the playing field. For this facility to become a reality, CHS needs YOUR support!

Funding of the Project

Total costs of the new Athletic Facility is $1.8 Million. $600,000 to be raised through private donations. Once all of the private donations are raised, the Saint Joseph School District will contribute $1.2 Million.

Construction of the building will NOT begin until funds are raised by Alumni and Supporters.

Features of the New Athletic Facility

• New Classroom Space - Additional classroom space will provide curriculum expansion fulfilling CHS parents and students requests, such as: Anatomy & Kinesiology, Nursing, Pre-Med and Physical Therapy.
• New Weight Room - Hundreds of students and student athletes who visit the weight room daily, will be provided with a safe and adequate facility. Elite PE and swim teams will be albe to stay on campus rather than be forced to train at the YMCA.
• Training Room - A safe and adequate facility for the hundreds of students and student athletes who visit the weight room daily.
• Two Locker Room Facilities - (Football, Soccer, Track and Field) New building will expand locker room facilities to accommodate Football, Soccer, and Track and Field, as well as prvide more adequate space near Noyes Field for home teams during halftime and inclement weather.

  3. Enter in your donation amount and click "Update Total"

  5. Complete your information and payment

• Mail - Please download one of the Capital Campaign brochures and fill out the attached donation sheet along with your payment.

• In Person - If you would like to further discuss donating to the Capital Campaign, we would be more than happy and sit down with you to go over our plans and giving options.
